Ectodermal Dysplasia: Report Of 3 Cases

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the chromosome analysis of two sisters with an inherited disease of
ectodermal displasy and rehabilitate with prosthetic
treatment to give function , fonation and esthetic.
Material and Method: Porcelain fixed partial dentures and overdenture was planned for treatment. Their brother with same diagnosis was inserted in the study and
chromosome analysis were done by using peripheric blood culture tecnique.
Findings and Results: The problems caused by lack of teeth and aplasia of the alveolar ridge were solved by prosthetic arrangement. Functional and phonetic improvements were observed. No abnormalities were found at
